My Journey

With over 20 years of experience leading and managing businesses—from startups to multinational corporations, local government to government-funded organisations—I’ve worked across sectors and continents. My career spans:

Three national associations
Male-dominated industries (often as the only woman in the boardroom)

Originally from Scotland, I immigrated to Sydney in 2012 to support my husband’s career. While raising two children without nearby family or community, I juggled leadership roles and business responsibilities. I’ve faced burnout, battled perfectionism, and navigated the pressure to prove I could do it all.

These experiences shaped my mission:

to support women in business with empathy, strategy, and strength.

Why I Do This

I’m a passionate advocate for women, a speaker, and a leader in professional development and gender equality. I offer professional business coaching for women, grounded in lived experience and proven frameworks.
