Intro

I'm Laura Connarty-Duncan GAICD, founder of Champion Women. I partner with organisations across Australia to design and deliver women's leadership programs, workshops, mentoring programs and gender equality (DEI) audits.

I work with HR, People & Culture, Talent and DEI leads, and with women's employee networks, in corporates, government, not-for-profits and professional services. Talent alone isn't enough if your systems don't reflect women's real lives. I help you move from good intentions to lasting change.
