About Laura
Laura doesn't come to this work from a textbook. She comes from 20+ years leading at the highest levels — as a GM, a COO, a board director — navigating exactly what her clients navigate today.
She has carried the responsibility, felt the isolation, made the hard calls and held teams through complexity. She knows what the work actually looks like, and what women actually need to do it well.
