Champion Women is a social impact organisation committed to advancing gender equality in leadership, business, and economic participation.
We deliver coaching, workshops, and strategic programs that empower women and support organisations to build inclusive, equitable workplaces. Our mission is to create systemic change by addressing barriers to representation, financial independence, and leadership for women across Australia and beyond.
Constitutional Committment
Champion Women is established as a purpose-driven organisation. The primary objectives is to operate as a social enterprise that reinvests into work that benefits women's equality. The organisation shall prioritise public benefit over private gain and maintain transparency and accountability in all operations.
Code of Conduct
Champion Women upholds the highest standards of ethical conduct. All team members partners, and collaborators are expected to:

- Maintain conidentiality and professionalism
